I'm a Swedish food artist with a bachelor degree in gastronomy and a master degree in food and meal science.All my food creations are plant-based, ie vegan. I challenge the vegan cuisine by creating beautiful, tasty and entertaining dishes that cannot be called for salads. This to normalize and show that plant-based food is for all of us to enjoy.
For me, food is art. I conveys more than just good and sustainable meals. I give a unique and memorable experience which is created by science, art and a pinch of madness.
I work globally as a consultant, where I perform adventurous pop-ups dining experiences at hotels, resorts and restaurants. Also, I develop uniquely designed vegan menus for hotels, resorts and restaurants. Read more about my services in the "Work with me" tab.
2018 I was chosen as the entrepreneur to represent my municipality at “Entrepreneur Skåne, Sweden 2018”, which is a program where the most attentive entrepreneurs are offered to go and develop their businesses.I also became one of the four finalists in “ The young Entrepreneur Skåne, Sweden, 2018. Which is an award to draw attention to the entrepreneurs, which has shown success on a personal and business-related level, and also having the ability to inspire other young entrepreneurs.
